1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Gaddigo website, mobile interfaces, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, dealers, and vehicle sellers across India.

2. Vehicle Listings & Pricing Disclaimers

• All car listings—both new and pre-owned—are provided solely for general informational purposes.
• On-road prices, ex-showroom rates, discounts, and EMI estimates are indicative and subject to change based on local taxes, dealership policies, and final negotiation.
• Used car and dealer listings are subject to admin review and approval. Gaddigo reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice for policy violations, false specs, or fraudulent behavior.
• Users and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of information submitted through the sell-car and enquiry forms.

3. Platform Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use Gaddigo only for lawful purposes related to vehicle exploration, buying, selling, or financial calculation. You specifically agree not to:

• Submit false contact details, fraudulent vehicle details, or stolen vehicle records.
• Scrape, extract, or mine data from Gaddigo using automated software, web crawlers, or bots.
• Attempt to compromise the platform’s security or gain unauthorized access to backend databases.

4. Dealer Subscriptions & Billing

Verified dealership plans and premium listing features operate on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate dealer contract.

5. Third-Party Transactions & Liability

Gaddigo acts as an aggregator and discovery platform. Gaddigo is not a party to any direct transaction, contract, or payment negotiated between vehicle buyers, individual sellers, or dealerships.

• We do not guarantee vehicle condition, mileage history, or physical title ownership. Buyers are strongly advised to inspect vehicles independently before making financial transfers.
• Gaddigo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damage resulting from vehicle sales or third-party communications initiated through our website.

6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All content on Gaddigo, including site branding, logos, layout designs, vehicle comparison databases, and software code, is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
